BoardMentoring advisory board
The BoardMentoring program is a “not for profit” initiative, which was initiated by Tanja Weiher as a promotional program for female board members in 2011. GetDiversity coordinates the program, which has been expanded and focused in line with market requirements, and conducts it. Our vision is to increase the proportion of female professionals deployed at managerial level, in cooperation with business partners, and enlarge the pool of qualified board candidates for demanding terms of office, throughout the country. The BoardMentoring advisory board includes the initiator Tanja Weiher (UBS), Reto Jauch (Jauch Associates) and Barbara Rigassi (CEO of Brugger und Partner AG and founder of GetDiversity).
